Starting to really like it.
Have cranked it up a notch to speed of 4 did one hour, went 4 miles, burned 330 calories. No incline due to bunion pain
and did stretch.....oh-rah


This morning went to the chiropractor instead - and boy do I feel good! I've got a meeting tonight then will probably do my 30 minutes late tonight. I love having a 24 hour gym.

About coming out of ticker denial, it was tough but it could have been worse....I know seeing the number actually helps me.
for about 50 minutes, then they do some cool down streach... The class is a mixture of women but I would say most are middle aged. (Oh and ofcourse I'm the best at the grapevine
)
