Also, I skip w3d2 and did w4d1 today as i said i would last time.
The workout was great, I can jog for 5 minutes non-stop, and i'm pretty sure I can handle more than that if i have to - so it was a nice jog.
I think i will stay at week 4 for the rest of the week to build up my stamina a little bit more. I wasn't worn out but I want to be able to feel real refresh after a run instead of completely exhausted.
p/s: Bac0s, I wish I can be klutzy. I find it really cute lol. You know, being able to trip over nothing is a skill that not everyone can master. No i'm not kidding. In my country, girls are supposed to be kind of klutzy and not strong so guys can protect them. Ahhh... I guess it's just an asian thing. T_T








. I'm in Japan and gym memberships are ridiculous so I run outside. But I'll be heading home this October
so I'll be hopping on a treadmill in my near future lol. I just finished my W1D2 run literally 20 min after doing 30DS
. I'm super proud of myself though
