) I can't think of anything that would be something I may not just go out and buy for myself on any given week. I have to really think about what I want to do. I am going to an actual beach for vacation the first week of June. I wonder if there's anything I could do to prepare for that? Hmmm?
I read somewhere that it was better to do intervals and my elliptical has the setting. I think I might get a heart rate monitor. Anyone know of a good one and where to get it??
You can buy hrm's at most sporting goods stores and I've even seen them at Target. Polar has several different models and they have a nice chart on their website that can help you choose which features you want.
