Oh I forgot to mention that the reason why he moved in with me is because I am closer to BART and he can get around easier with the public transportation. He has found a new job and has been working there for the past month. (Thank God!)

So this is also another reason why I am trying to get back on track and back on the wagon to losing the weight.

Well, as expected, I had a gain this week. 2lbs up, I HATE TOM!
But I do thank you all for your encouraging words. I know that you all are right; I've had great losses, and this is just water. Next week will be much, much better. So I'm ready for it!

TOM was here for me too, so I finally broke down and used one of my Freebies this week...ugh!!! I normally wouldn't do that, but TOM coupled with Halloween......BIG no-no for my weight loss...lol

Nicoyaangel - glad you're here!!!!! I understand about the accountability thing! I need it too, I think we all need each other. I know it's gotta be hard to adjust to changing circumstances. If you ever need anything - I'm here for ya!!

Cassie - I agree about the water weight. You have had absolutely outstanding weigh ins the past couple of weeks. Don't sweat it!

Hey girls, I posted a big fat 0 for the weigh in. I'm surprised I didn't gain, but am definitelly looking forward to a big loss next week.

This weekend I went out and bought Resistance Bands and Dance Dance Revolution. If I can't work out in the gym I am going to make it as easy as possible for me to work out at home! LOL

Happy Weigh-In Day! I'm down this week, as of yesterday I'm only 1/2 pound away from being overweight instead of obese. Woo-hoo!

I'm having a bad day today, my mood is just pissy for some reason today. I haven't gone off plan, and I got in a 60 minute walk this morning, so I'm not sure what it's all about. Today should be the last day of TOM, maybe the crankiness was just delayed this month.

I think one of the biggest reasons to keep plugging away is just that it's so darn hard to find the motivation again once we slip. That and as we approach the cooler weather and the darkness - it always kicks my appetite into high gear. I am chugging water because I know I have to. We only have a few weeks left - who's up for a Black Team rally?

I'm up for a rally. I just found out this morning that we're no longer doing a BL contest here at work. I'm not surprised, but I really depended on the support I got from the other ladies. DH has also stopped dieting with me. Suddenly I feel so alone. If it wasn't for this board, I'm sure I would have given up by now.
