I can see a little bit of difference, even with only lose 16 lbs...I lost 16.75 inches overall, so not too bad I guess. I'm on page 3 of the picture thread...and Karen is on the same page, you all should go look at her, she looks FANTASTIC!
I have a 3.2 pound loss for the week!
for you and please give one to Meara as well. I hope you get nothing but good news tomorrow.
that is so scary, take care of yourself and her, will keep you in my prayers.
, I stayed in my calorie limits, I stayed pretty optimistic, yay!, and I'm at well over 12,200 steps now! Yay me!!

gave me. I was supposed to use the recumbent bike for 45 minutes with 15 minutes of stretching. Well, seems the elliptical and the recumbent bike aggravate my ankle injury so
put me on the treadmill. He comes over with me and sets it on random and I didn't even see what level it was on. So here I am briskly walking along as usual and the next thing I know I'm climbing mount everest! OMG....seriously I thought I would die.
told me to push through
it like my daughter did in boot camp, so I focused on her and pushed through. I'm not kidding, at one point I felt like the damn thing was vertical! I have NEVER sweat like this at the gym, I swear I looked like I was on the biggest loser on the last chance workout day.
Anyway, I did three miles at that pace!!! When I was done cooling down, I went in the bathroom and started crying. (I went in the handicapped stall too! How much therapy do I need?
) I swear, we don't know our own capabilities until someone comes along and shows you what your made of. I NEVER would have pushed myself that hard, because I doubt my own strength.
said he's never going to make me do something he knows I can't do, but he's going to make me work. Getting a personal trainer.....best decision ever.
ever going to come out again? It seems like its been overcast and rainy here for a week or more.
