Hi Everyone - I've been looking for "getting out of the 190's: but can't seem to find it, so I came here. I'm nearly in the 180's..........so hope that is OK. Aren't plateau's just the pits? I hate them too..but we have to keep on keeping on, eh? Big Congratualtions to those that have lost & keep at it to those of us that haven't. I'm down only .2lb this weeks os I'm not going to change my ticker. But hey, it's a loss so that's good. I love the 3ftchicks; great support & even better, new friends! I'm away for a week or so but will catch up later. BFN
Up again to 183.8...Grrrr! Oh well...last week on my weigh in I was at 184.6 so I'm still going to show a loss or break even. It's just a little sad that I got down to 182.6 and even 181.8 for a couple days and now am back up. On the bright side, at least I'm not 187 anymore. LOL!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. We had a busy weekend (It was our anniversary Sunday), but unfortunately I came down with the stomach flu early Monday morning. Starting to feel better now and hope to get back into my normal routine tomorrow. No idea what this will do for my WI this week. All I've been able to keep down for the past day and a half is crackers, 7up (regular...can't stand the taste of diet sweeteners when I'm sick) and white toast. Definitely not very healthy, lol. I'm just glad to be feeling better today.
Looks like everyone is having thier ups and downs but pressing on regardless. Hope you ladies are having a good week!

Laffalot ~ Welcome to the 180s board! You are soooo close and you'll be in the 180s before you know it. Yes, plateaus just SUCK. But, it is a part of the process even though it's not an easy one.

Novelista ~ You are doing great -- gotta love the scales, though. It might just be water retention. You'll be outta the 180s sooner than you think!
Thanks, Emme. I'm feeling much better today. And at least our actual anniversary day was stomach-flu free, so I have that to be thankful for

I think I will sneak a peek on the scale on Friday (my usual WI day)...but TOM is coming, and after being sick, I have no idea what my body is going to decide to do...so I will take whatever number I see with a grain of salt. I'm back OP today, but probably going to ease back into the exercise tonight. Still feeling just a bit "off."
Novelista! WOW! What great progress you've made this month! (And you're probably wise to WI today as opposed to tomorrow when I WI, April Fool's Day, lol.)
Well, down a smidge from 183 to 182.8. Being pre-TOM, anything that's not a gain is a bonus, I suppose! I have 3.8 lbs and about 3 weeks to try to get to 179 for my calorie counters Easter challenge goal (though I'd be happy enough with 179.9...so 2.9 lbs, I guess, lol). Hopefully I can get the scale moving again after TOM. Here's hoping for a lb/week!!
Northern ~ It's awesome that you lost, especially being pre-TOM and just getting over being sick. Yes, anything that is not a gain is a definite bonus. Good for you. You'll do great getting to your Easter challenge goal!
I finally broke through the 183-184-185s of the past few weeks. I weighed in at 181.4, so I will freaking take it and run with it. I've been 181-182 all week, so I was really hoping it wasn't a fluke. Onward and downward!
Hello everyone! I think I'm new as of today. Well, I'll claim that I'm new as of today! I weighed in at 188.8 today. Every morning the first thing I do is check the scale and finally after living between 190-193. I finally saw those 180s I hope they stay until Monday which is my weigh in day!
