Good weather can't come soon enough for me, sick of the dry patches of skin on my sides and tops of my legs. Blah.
Gym was crowded today, especially for a Thursday, what is up with that??
My free Bally's membership is still working out - that 5 am opening is a sure draw for me, though they now want me to fill out a guest pass everytime I go, no problem, nothing is truly free.
Shoulders this morning, slow and steady as my left one goes wonky - due to years of carrying shoulder bags I assume. Did some chest work, waiting for that to catch up with me. MEL - visions of fear that your shoulder will fall off. I am getting into a smooth routine and can tell now I really really needed to shake things up from my previous routine (of course the other half of this is that now I am at the gym 4-5 days a week versus once every other week!!)
MEL - The gym has a couple of 2.5 increments, if you can find them, wondering if someone is hiding them. I can find them when I work out at 6 am but at noon, none to be seen anywhere. Or maybe someone is using them as doorstops.
Inspired about all the Oxygen mag talk and may treat myself to that. Really really trying to cut down on $ spent as we are spending a large bucket on our Scotland trip this summer.
SILVER - How wonderful to have a piano. wedges sound much safer.
If DH does not get over his cold soon, I am sending him to his mom's, I am not the nursing type and he is one of those patients who won't stay home and in bed, though can't think straight. I am so done with this after 2 days. I know I know I did have those vows sickness and health, but no one said how sick or for how long.
