  • 6k run on the today
  • Poorly ankle has been to the gym, and we did cardio for 30 minutes split amongst my weights routine. I managed nearly all of it but skipped the lunges (ankle would not have liked them) and skipped the treadmill and did bike instead. I am so glad I did it, and my ankle feels heaps better.
  • I did an hour of cardio and abs today w/ a little resistance work mixed in. I'm feeling pumped.
  • I did not meet my goal today. I only walked 1.5 miles but I did rack up lots of leaves. I am glad this stressfull day is over with!
  • I didn't feel like going out today, but I forced myself to get a 40 minute walk in.
  • 20 minute run on level 5 hills on the plus upper body weights.
  • 3 mile walk today
  • I have been cleaning snow off my car for exercise.
  • 5k run on the plus lower body weights.
  • Body pump class at lunch time!
  • I didn't do my strength training yesterday, but did get in an unscheduled 45 minute walk.

    I've had a 40 minute brisk walk this morning and I may be off out again this afternoon.

  • Fullfilled my plan for last week. This week so far I have done well too.
    Monday: 2 mile run; 1 hour Tae Kwon Do class
    Tuesday: 5K run
    Wednesday: 5K run; Tae Kwon Do was cancelled due to bad weather.
    GRRR-STUPID SNOW!
    Thursday: 5K run
    Friday: 5K run
    Saturday: off (Will be working 16 hour day)
    Sunday: off (another 16 hours of working)
  • Yesterday I did the elliptical for an hour and then pilates for an hour.
  • 1 hour swim this morning.
