  • Wednesday: 30 minute walk 60 minute bike commute
    Today so far: 50 minute dog walk this morning (I have the day off )
  • Thursday part 2: 60 minutes aquacize
  • did my yoga...but it was raining so no walk yet
  • Took the dog for an hour long romp this morning, now I'm off for a weekend away with my hubby and my oldest friend... er the friend I've had the longest I mean, she's really not that old! teehee
  • I've been walking 2 miles every morning faithfully this month, and I've walked another two in the evening about fifty percent of the time. I think I'm starting to get shin splnts again though, which is weird since I guess I tend to think that comes from running...which I most emphatically DON"T do any of. lol.
  • Aug 27: 40 minutes of Pilates
  • plan on some yoga and a walk before work...now that i wrote it here i have to do it now, right? lol
  • Saturday and Sunday: I got up early and walked/jogged around town before breakfast. I did about an hour both days.
  • I walked Tory two miles this morning before breakfast. Once again I missed last nights walk. Bad girl!
  • Finally got up early enough to go to the gym - only 20 minutes of cardio, but my full weight circuit. I have a personal trainer apt. tomorrow morning so I'll have to get up and go again. Yay!
  • Today: 60 minute bike commute, 30 minute lunch walk.
  • More dog walking. I think its time to start counting lugging my art/tackle box to studio classes. My shoulders are SO sore.
  • OOF. Met with my personal trainer and she kicked. my. butt.

    I am going to be one sore space monkey in the morning.
  • I'm so jealous...a personal trainer sounds great! Don't you feel more...well...acountability for showing up & giving it your all? I wish I could afford one at the moment. Good luck with it!
