  • sorry gals. i will start this 3 minutes a day thing today. the sugury took more
    out of me then i thought it would.

    the good news is it was not cancer
    but even clean my house was making me dizzy.. . untill today. i have done 10 minutes already today on my eliptical trainer (looks close enough ) and i plan to do 2 more work outs at 10 minutes each today.... im working up to my 30 minutes in one go.

    but i am back now and will poast daily.

    thanks for not forgeting about me.
  • Good going chickies. To all that are injured, just hang in there. You will be back with us in no time.

    I did 40+ minutes in the pool today. I am going to try to walk a bit with a tape later.

  • Ok I am jumping on board...been absent and everything is spinning out of control. I am so in for this challenge...if you don't hear from me, someone needs to email/IM me and prod me!! LOL I NEED a drill sarge!!!

    Are we doing great or what got my 30 min. of cardio in!
    I feel a little better today trying to keep my food choices " soft and bland" and stay o/p.
    got on the scale today, and I can't belive it. down 5lbs. got to be all the excerse! but what ever I'll take it
    Look guys have a" HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY" and rember how good you'll feel come monday morning and you stayed o/p.

    Hugemomof5; you just take it easy for now! and you'll be up and around before you know it!
