I worked out again today. Yay. Good start to the week. I am feeling pretty good, like i'm getting into it. I have added more treadmill time and am experimenting to see how much weight i can actually lift.
Also I'm excited because one of my buddies from work just told me she joined my gym and can work out with me and give me rides home. This will definately motivate me to go more often, part of the reason I've been slacking is because of the walk/bus ride home in the dark. It'll be better once spring comes, but it's definately been hindering me. I have pretty much resolved to going on Saturday morning from now on though. It's a little busy, but I can still get in, and do stuff before anyone else even in my house is awake.
