How is everyone??? I hope everyone had a great weekend and ate very well!!! My husband and I got back from our trip on Sunday morning. We had a great time. I am going to post my menu. I didn't count points but I don't think I done too bad.

small baked potato no butter
salad w/no dressing
1 margarita
dessert
1 scoop baskin robbins ice cream
I don't think it was too great but I also don't think it was terrible!!!! We'll see come Tuesday WI.
Does anyone have any quick and low point breakfast ideas. I really need some new ones!!!

lol .. I've probably gained about 10 or so back from when I quit, but I've done it before, so I know if I stick to it, I can do it again !!
My BF's going to be "semi" on the plan with me lol .. he won't be keeping track of points, but he'll be eating meals I cook, etc ... so hopefully it'll be good for both of us, as well as you and everyone else here trying to lose weight!
