  • This will sound so dramatic but exercise saves me. Seasonal, situational depression kicks me hard from November on. It is all I can do, sometimes, on my days off, to NOT just crawl back into bed and wish for the day to go away. If I force myself to start a workout (and I truly was forcing myself this morning) I know I will feel better about things in general afterwards. I never EVER regret working out, I only regret NOT working out.
