  • I didn't do very well in September, I was out of town for almost half the month. I manged to keep it down to only + 1 LB gain for the month. Good Luck, Everyone!

    End of month weight: 190.4

    + 1 LB for the month of Septermber.
  • I ended last week at 317, but a back down to 314. A pound more than my low, but I'm hoping this week to get back on the right track!

    How is everyone else doing?
  • These past two weeks have been a struggle for me. I am trying to get my head in the game.
  • I've been still hanging in there! The is the longest I've ever worked out in my "obese" life lol lol. I normally would have been quit at the 2 month mark but I bypassed it this time! I'm 4 months in the game now and loving the whole getting fit, "fitness" deal!
