ophelia 3 days off plan is nothing in the big picture. I think its awesome that you realize that you aren't quite ready for certain foods until you feel ready, realizing that is not always easy (at least for me!) A couple days back on plan and that pesky 3 lbs will be gone, along with another of its buddies!! You can do this!!
dee I hope that you can get off of your plateau soon!! I think that its awesome that you have maintained, going through a move is not easy and when I get stressed out I want to eat!! I can not imagine what it must feel like to be in the 130's!!! I can't wait until I am there!!

And, I am having the same issue with the water! I have made that my main goal for the day today, so I'm hoping we both get back on track with it soon. Also hoping that you catch a break with your low carb soon -- you deserve it! Keeping my fingers crossed for you that it is a longer-term kind of success and that it will all come together for you by the end of the month.
(Thankfully, it was not a rattlesnake...I think it was a gopher snake. Still gave me a good jump before I realized, though. Haha.) I need to make sure I pay attention now that I am walking at dusk in Arizona...it's a lot different than when we were in Georgia, lol.
