I did not make goal but I am down 1 lb of the 3 I wanted to lose. I don't mind that it's a slow-but-steady sort of thing these days. I know I'm close to goal. I still have about 10 lbs of fat to lose, but I also want to gain muscle, so my target weight remains 138, but my target BF% is 25%. I do think I've lost body fat over the last month and added some muscle. I feel stronger, and my fat over my abs feels thinner.
