Good to see you back! I'm glad you have some time for yourself. I'm trying to focus more on mindful eating, as well. That urge to eat after dinner is something I think I'll always wrestle with. Sometime, I think we just need to have a list of certain after-dinner eating options. I know that I'm better off to have a few healthier, lower-calorie options. It's interesting that sometimes if I give myself some options, I find that I tend to do less late night eating.

Working temp jobs can be interesting. For some people, their temp job leads to a permanent job. I hope your next temp job has more flexibility. I find that listening to something with headphones helps me screen out noise around me and I'm actually more productive and able to hyperfocus on what I'm doing




Will have to try. Have everything in the pantry except the clams.

On Thursday it decided to do something and I awoke with my eyes mattered shut with all sorts of fun "crusties"
I work on a university campus so yeah, I agree with you about students being human petri dishes. I'm finally turning the corner and feeling a bit better. Eating and exercise has been off but I managed to lose a pound somehow.
