  • Just checking in... I am doing okay. Did Zumba Monday & Aqua Fit Tuesday. Today is my 2-3 mile walk. I am down a bit since my weigh in on Monday. I am glad that things are back the way they should be.
  • Natasha--I admire your walk...I'm still at the 1 mile point but I'm getting better and better everyday
  • Wow! I really have been missing.. not sure what I have been doing though

    Last week I worked my butt off and got under 270 which was awesome! But then on Friday my mum had a family day at work and I ate lots, then I had an easter egg, a few more random bad food choices, and here I am at 271.2

    I have also been learning lots of new drumming scores for my trip and for competitions throughout the summer. I also saw my Physio yesterday about my tendonitis again, but it was a new person this time, she was testing my strength and resistance and she felt that it wasn't that bad..... but delayed pain meant that on the bus home I could of cried. I really hope they give me another round of cortisone.

    So this lazy butt needs to get moving.... I so want to be 266 by the time I go to Germany in just under 3 weeks. So I need to stop finding excuses to work out.

    When I started one mile left me winded and with swollen feet. It takes time and this go round I decided to take it slow. Just stick with it

  • wow April felt like a plateau month even though had small chips off the weight

    down 1 pound this week to 209!!!! started at 330 pounds last FEB -- removal and discard of weight rather then loosing it as when you loose something you can find it again and I do NOT want to do that

    so the week was full of challenges (chocolate / ice cream and being on ones own ) okay so I need to be busy I need routine and because I had extra time to do stuff did I find time - um no what I did was go okay yeah home alone I can cover at work rather then saying nope and going out to exercise - at least it means extra $$$$ !!!

  • Thanks Ubee. I didn't work out as much this week. I am only down 1lb but a loss is a loss. Need to keep with it and hope for a whoosh in time for Monday

  • Aww April has been an Utter fail for me. I started at 272 and this morning I think I was 272.6, I have got down to 269.7 but I have just been maintaining. At least I know how to maintain lol, but I am only 1/3 of the way to my goal.

    May Plans...

    Get to 268 by the time I go to Germany next Tuesday (and the last weigh in for this Challenge).

    Then I plan on coming back and working off my alcohol gain, hit the gym and get my butt walking. If I can burn 6-8,000 calories a day, then I will be happy to hopefully lose more weight by my best friends wedding in June. Its hard just now, plateauing all the time

    Scale is teasing me ladies... 290.0 for this morning. I want those 2lbs gone so bad so I can meet my goal. But I guess I will take 289 as a win. Just a few more days...
