Day 3 for me....been 100%...haven't done phase 1 (100%) in over 2 years (original diet was 2010...did phase one off and on for 4 years after losing). No side affects, little hunger....I am so mentally ready for this. Every time I tried phase 1 the last two years it was more like Atkins after a day or so...it was ATKINS...ugh!
so excited to have a group of ladies to go on this repeat journey with, keep it up girls!
