    I was out of state last week and then worked all weekend. The scale went the wrong way! I ate a lot of sodium over the weekend, so I hope that's part of it. Still shooting for getting out of the 170's. I'm not believing the scale # of 181.4 this morning. Just noticed my driver's license is expired. Dang It. I thought it was NEXT year. I was hoping to be able to have a single-chinned picture this time around!
  • October Goal: 90.7 (-2kg)

    3: 92.7 kgs
    4: 92.8
    5: 92.65
    7: 92.55
    10: 92.2 (1/4 of the way to this month's goal)
    11: 91.7 (1/2 of the way to this month's goal, but I think we can count on that not sticking for a while)

    GW: 132.4 (net loss of 3lbs)

    10/01: 137.8 lbs

    10/08: 136.0 lbs (-1.8) no movement on the scale
    10/09: 135.4 lbs (-2.6) back to last month's low, im going to try to stay out of the local Mexican restaurant this coming week
    10/10: 136.4 lbs (-1.6) I behaved but my body wasn't playing along
    10/11: 135.6 lbs (-2.4)

    My official weigh in is on monday. I went to visit my grandma with my daughter on sunday and i ate way too much for someone on a diet, so my result wasnt as good as expected.

    I've been kinda MIA for a few weeks I have been having some lady issues this month that are still ongoing hoping they will be resolved soon. My doctor prescribed a medication called Contrave and it is supposed to help with cravings and helping you feel full. Its a tiered process to the full dose. I am only on week one so I can't say yet the full effect.
