  • Joining late but at least I am joining!! I had my annual physical a few days ago and my blood came back as pre-diabetic. Time to get serious!! I need to go back in three months for a follow up and I want that number down!!

    SW: 323.5
    GW: 313.5 (-10)

    This is a big goal for a partial month but I am going to ride on the early big loss trend!! It will take closer to a month to lose another ten!!

    Oct 20 - 320.8 (-2.7)
    Oct 21 - 317.4 (-6.1)
    Oct 22 - 315.4 (-8.1)
    Oct 23 - 309.2 (-14.3) - WOW!!! I did not quite expect to hit ten so fast!! This will slow down as it is mostly water weight leaving!

  • Thank you, Rebelle! I went backwards this week, but hopefully, it's just temporary and will come right back off. I will join you in the hope that much of what we've gained is water weight. Easy on. Easy off. (Right? I hope it's right.)

    Gardnerjoy - In my view, best to get that new starting point, so that you can celebrate each iota of progress. =) But you're not new to this. You know what works for you. Either way, we're gonna rock this week.
