Okay, dokey, had a loss for two consecutive weeks, and am down a pound since last Sunday to 134.6!
Very happy with this, have been sticking fairly well with moderate calorie cycling and an increase in daily walking and staying consistent with weights.
Did NOT stress eat because of the schedule shift back to having more tasks to accomplish and parameters for a few months in my general life.
Did NOT for the most part eat late at night or in the wee small hours
Plan is to reduce the calorie range a teeny bit or at best stay the course.
About to go to sleep so won't be in here at midnight and am posting early with eating done for the day. I'm pretty happy with my cals so far this week, going to be cycling up and down.
