    Thanks Hunger for the support! Something flared my UC up again, maybe too much coffee these past 2 weeks or the celebratory glass of wine over the weekend. So it could be bloat, constipation etc...who knows. Time to cut out some caffeine, and reign it in a little.

    Changed the battery in the scale and my husband and I both "gained weight!"

    I also realized that I can't eat any high carb stuff or I will gain (over 100 g net)
