  • My goal is to get to the gym to do weights 15x in April.

    Whew! I pushed myself extra hard yesterday, for just starting out. I jog-walked 2 miles with hills in my neighborhood, did upper body free weights at the gym for an hour and walked with my husband to Venice Beach (2 miles)! It was tons of fun. I'm definitely going to be having more fitnessy Saturdays

  • Way to go with that long run, yesterday, Turtle! Are you training for a race, or do you just do serious distance?
  • Goal: to walk 20 miles in April on top of my regular workouts. I'm not going to define my workouts as part of this challenge though because I may or may not be having a guest staying here for a while and if I do, I won't be keeping up with my workouts. The walking I can still do though!

    I plan to pretty much do 5 miles a week, except for the first and last weeks since April really only runs about 5 days in each. For those, 3 miles each.
