I met my goal this week. I'm keeping my weeks as Sunday through Saturday so in that regard I got my 5 days in this week.
Exercise 5 days/week.
I'll be alternating NROL Stage 1 (3 days/week) and Cardio or HIT workout (at least 2 days/week).
Week One:
March 30: 30 Day Shred - Level 1
March 31: NROL Stage 1 workout A with cardio interval
April 1: 30 Day Shred - Level 2
April 2: NROL Stage 1 workout B with cardio interval, 1 hour martial arts class
April 3: OFF
April 4: NROL Stage 1 workout B with cardio interval
April 5: OFF
Well this week was a wash. I've just been soooo busy! I drove for literally six hours yesterday. But I also did two hours of gardening, so I'm counting that as exercise. I know it was exercise because I'm sore today. lol
We are going to a play tonight so I am going to go for a three mile walk this afternoon.
