  • Hello Everyone,

    Went to WW last night and I lost a pound. I was a little disappointed because I was feeling skinny last week, but I didn't drink all my water over the weekend and I know that affects WI . I'm counting shoveling snow on Monday as my 3 rd "walk" there was no way I was doing my WATP tape after I was done.

    So here are my stats:
    START 3/18 = 243.8
    3/25/03 = 245 +1.2 Did "walk" 4 times though
    4/1/03 = ???? skipped wi, only walked 2 times (still averaging 3/week)
    4/8/03 = 244; -1 and "walked" 2 times and shoveled snow once, back where I started but still not bad
    4/15/03 =
    4/22/03 =
    4/29/03 =
    5/6/03 =
    5/13/03 =

    GOAL 5/13/03 = 233.8

    I measured this morning and I am down 1 1/4 inches!! Finally broke through my plateau. I just can't budge the hip/thigh area. My loss is waist/bust/back area. The under bra roll is slowly disappearing

    congratulations to all our LOSERS here! i guess i've sort of made friday my WI day so here are my results:

    3/21: 179.5
    3/28: 179.5
    4/04: no WI
    4/11: 178.5

    GOAL: 174.5

  • Thank you all for your support! I finally got over my fear and got on the scale on 4/10/03 - 218.5, so I did pick up 2 lbs. But am back on target and I feel great.

    My diet guru, Dr. Atkins, had freak accident and fell and hit his hid and is now in a coma. I am praying for him and his family.

    Ellie - You go girl!!!!!

    LBH - Keep up the good work! Stay encouraged and you WILL reach your goal.

    Ellie - Yes, I am LCing. Dr. Atkins died today, I feel sad.

    LBH - Don't get discouraged and throw caution to the wind keep on your plan. That is why I have started to weigh every two weeks instead of once a week. So if I have a set back I hope it will reset itselt within two weeks. It could be u are holding on to water. Stay encouraged.

    Rabbit - Keep on truckin' Rabbit. You are inspiring me
