Hey guys I want in on the challenge too! I am going to do mine in inches if that is okay. My last weight was 166 down from 172 in February. I stopped weighing because when I returned to the gym the scale started climbing but I was losing inches. So my goal for the challenge is 5 inches by Memorial Day. My last measurements were on 3/28 so I will gauge by those.
So far for Monday I have already had a 45 minute walk and will be hitting the gym after work. I have already drank 33 oz of water
This TOM week for me so I don't think I will be measuring until he has left the building
PS...for those who don't know I do Low Carb so my stats may look weird
