  • LAX826-can you secretly throw them out without anyone finding out? I've done that-I no longer feel bad about it because I know that they make those treats to make me happy and I am happy that they are thinking of me, so it served its purpose and in the bin it goes haha
  • ^I ended up taking them to a group meeting and they were quite literally demolished by my team members so that worked out well I'm so glad I chose not to eat any of it! It all looked amazing though, she's a great baker.
  • YAY!! I love to bake and if I could afford to, I would do it all the time. I like bringing it to my workplace, it gets gobbled up =)
  • Pixelllate, the same you tell us happened to me last December, I just realized I did not want to eat junk anymore. I ate sweets for New Year, and that was my last binge. It was not a big binge, but I ate without being hungry, so I count it as one. Now the idea that I won't eat if I am not hungry is still strong, and it does not seem to be a switch-like resolution but something that happened in my mind... So strange, but so good!
Keep strong, people, we are getting to half a month! Allez allez!
  • hi guys...i've been off track quite a bit untill i realized it was due to an early pms and i'm glad it's hat way. this month my period cam too early due to a stress and i thought i wouldn't have for a few months but i'm really happy it's back. so after my tom i promise to get back on the wagon. i wighed myself right now and i'm up only a few pounds even though i ate like crazy. i thought i would be up at least 10 pounds because i'm so bloated. or maybe my scale is broken....i hope not.
next week i'm going on a trip with my bff and i'm a little scared but also can't wait.
these past few days i'we been reorganizing my life. i had to take some very difficult decisions about my future and decided to change my college program. i'm scared to tell my family and i also have to figure out some things that i've been putting aside so therefore i probably won't be so active here.

wish you all the best luck hugs&kisses
  • Best of luck to you, Missunshine!

I'm happy to report that I've been eating healthy these days. Knowing Easter is just around the corner has helped motivate me.

    Have a great weekend, Everyone!
  • I haven't binged since Sunday but that's because i've raised my calories temporarily while getting used to this whole IF thing. I'm ready to lower my calories again now but i'm going with a very small deficit in order to avoid binging. I think that, along with being able to eat a very large meal every night (because of IF), will help me avoid binging.
  • Well I binged today... Not even sure why..... Ugh
  • I've been binge free fri3/9.Been keeping a food/exercise journal since than
  • Congratulations to us all! No matter whether you remain binge-free or you caved, the very fact of posting here and making the effort does make a difference. Let us try to control ourselves over the weekend and get to the month eating more healthily than in February. I am not losing any weight these weeks, but I know it will happen some day... Keep strong!
  • First day here. Tired of this roller-coaster and never seem to find a way off. Today is the first day of this journey. One day at a time.
  • Welcome, Angieger! Take a deep breath and start the journey. We all have the same weakness, but all together we are strong!
  • I'm glad that there are other bingers here for support.I need to deal with binging/compulsive eating more than dieting.if i deal with the reasons I'm overeating first than the weight should follow.I also gain weight after a binge cause I'm a hard core binger when I binge.Been 8days binge free
  • Great, MrsLosingit! Get in touch with your emotions, don't be afraid of them. I have been binge-free for 78 days now. I overate sometimes, but could stop before losing control. Try, and you will make it too! It feels great!
  • Just happy to say that I've been in my cal range every day this month so far.

    Let's keep it going>>>>>
