    2: popcorn and water (in a movie)
    3: feeling kind of icky from eating snack food for lunch, will probably grab some almonds
    4: tbd - maybe more green juice or salad

    exercise: 60 min. zumba, 60 min. pilates

    B- coffee, almond milk, Splenda & waiting on the ricotta muffins I just made to come out if the oven
    L - we're going out so I'll get a taco salad; the lettuce will be all iceberg and the meat's not the healthiest but it's the best option there
    S - broccoli & ranch dressing, cheese stick
    D - meatball casserole with spaghetti squash & salad
    S - fudgesicle if I'm craving it

    B: Oats w/ almonds and coconut, almond milk
    L: Tahini yogurt chicken salad, avocado half
    D: Blackened flounder, brussels sprout slaw
    S: Prunes!!
