So glad to have you join us. I lost the 17lbs. on BFC from late Feb.2011 to present. I have to be honest, I too like Carol bouncing between the same 5lbs. I need to really stick with the plan. When I do, I usually lose 4 to 9lbs in a week. So I will prove this to myself so I can reach my goal of 10lbs by Sept.1. The next 2 weeks I will be very on point with BFC. If I do this I can stay the course. HEY, lets do this srtickly for the next 12 days and see what happens. Are you in? I am pledging to follow the plan and post daily to let everyone know how its going. I will have a new and exciting challenge coming up Sept.1st. I think we will see more takers on this challenge.
Carol you have come a long way and I know we both take a few U-Turns, but we can refocus and recommitt. I am looking forward to being under 200lbs. I have a trip planned for the beach first week in Sept. and it has me worried. I love the beach and more over, I love the food and excitement.
