  • I am joining this challenge!! Can't wait for my first weigh in Thursday the 23rd. Congrats everyone on all your losses so far
  • First weigh in was -9.8, down 12lb total thus far this past week!

    I had my second weigh in today and lost only 1.4 lbs for a total of 10 lbs in 2 weeks. I had a really bad head cold all week so hopefully I'm just retaining some water. I'm not too worried about it because I was on program 100% all week!

    Good luck everyone, 15 lbs in one month is within our reach!!!

  • Awww thanks Abby... It's much harder to be as involved on the boards this time around, with a 2 year old and a newborn as my bosses . I do find the boards to be such a great tool and motivator though so I sneak on here as much as I can!
  • Pretty excited and scared at the same time for my WI tomorrow, I don't feel like I lost anything but we shall see.....
  • after lurking here for 2 weeks.... I'm in. Week 2 weigh in was yesterday. 4 lbs to make a total of 7. going, but not as fast as others seem.

    I am making 15 pounds my mini goal since i want to loose 45 pounds i will do it in 15 pound increments

  • Good idea Vicjul!! Increments seem to make the end goal not so daunting, that's why my theory is 10 lbs at a time because 120 lbs is overwhelming!
  • Struggling
    Hi! I was hoping to join this challenge, if that's alight. I started on June 17, but plan to only do weigh-ins on Mondays (missed this Monday, so I have no idea how much I may have lost so far). I find it really motivating to read about other people's success. I'll add in a weight/goal ticker to my signature soonish.

  • This is day 2 for me and I would like to lose 15 pounds in a month too.I weigh in on Monday and will let you know how I do.
  • Just had my first WI and only lost 5 lbs thought it would be more but i did lose 8 and a half inches (so that's a bonus)
  • Yay!
    Just got home from WI #3, and I am down a total of 15.2 pounds
    I think I will work my butt off this week and be 110% dedicated and try to get to 20 pounds for my first month. That would be amazing.
  • I'd like to join this challenge, if its not too late!!! I started IP June 10th and lost 7.8 at my 1st WI, and last night, went for my 2nd and only lost 2.8, but I'm ready to keep trying!!!!!
