188 today! Yeah! Happy Dance!
I also decided I'm going to take the day off because I'm just so sore.
The funny thing is that I'm feeling a little guilty about it. I mean it's stupid to feel guilty about working out only 6 days a week. I just want this damn weight off! And now!

Oh well. Hopefully I can still make my goal by the end of the month, even if my weekly goal is now shot.
