You know, eating perfectly on plan is not really all that hard, nobody died, and the ceiling did not fall in just because no chocolate passed my lips yesterday. Walking was fun, I slept really well last night. The scale is down 1.2 since Monday, I'll take it.
Didn't make breakfast this morning, have some fiber bars in my desk for hunger emergencies, but will try VERY HARD to just eat one. Then a huge salad with grilled chicken breast for lunch, tangerine for snack, and something to be decided for dinner tonight. 60 ounces of water before I go home at 5.
On the exercise front, probably I'll go for another walk today at lunch with the girls from work, that was fun. Still no gym this week, the bag is in the car, they stay open til 7 tonight, and we (carpool partner and I) have no reason not to go. Will report tomorrow.
