QUIT MY JOB!!! Woooohoooo!!! It's a dream come true, but a scarey place to be at the moment.

All you Campers are doing GREAT!! I love to hear your funny lettuce and cucumber stories!! The grocery store employees love to joke around with me. They can always tell when it's my week after contest. I take it a little more easy on the lettuce, cucumbers and eggs. I calculated at one point that I was consuming 10.5 dozen egg whites per week!! I should just start my own chicken ranch!!

Well, I better get busy. I would love to check in more often... hopefully things will settle down a bit in a month or so.
