Good morning, girls! Whew...there is just no time lately! All is well save for some serious bridesmaid drama. I am Matron of Honor for my bestfriend's wedding in July and one of the girls isn't showing up to anything, yet kinda telling us all what we're going to do and how...when she does respond to e-mails. The same thing happened at my wedding, so I am feeling uber frustrated for my friend. Basically, she wants this girl in the wedding far more than she wants to be. GRRRRR....
Part of my push for weight loss has also involved this wedding. I am maintaining my 20 lbs lost, but I really need to make a move on the additional 30.
I haven't tried on my dress again since I got it. When it came, it fit everywhere save for the hips...literally pulled my undies down shimmying the thing on! haha That was 20 lbs ago, so I'm hoping for a change, but am somehow kind of "scared" to try it again. Does that make sense? How can I be afriad of a dress??? lol
I'm doing well with my eating and have increased my activity since moving, but it's time to get my but back into gear on a workout routine. I'm going to work on adding a cardio/aerobics session at least 3 nights a week. I think I'll start around 20-25 mins and work up to the hour I used to do before the move. I have the Beach Body series and have really "felt" the results with that before. We shall see...
