Since it's after midnight (EST), I figured I would open up a new thread for the week.

I'm so tired right now because I woke up at about 8 AM and am still up...and will be up for the next 2.5 hours... I didn't get to take a nap either, which I usually do on Sundays..

aw that sucks how come you're up so late? And missed out on a nap?

Im at 1395 calories for the day, god stop me from snacking this evening so i can be on plan for the first time this year xD

Hope everyone is doing well..... My just-came-back-from-vacation-non-stop-binge is off and I'm back to eating healthy today! I feel good about it. I keep telling myself that THIS YEAR I could very well be in ONEderland... and that EXCITES me to no end!

Jah- Kick boxing? Is it fun? I'm kinda bored with my workouts, I wonder if I should try it? do you go to a class?

Bcarter- Walle! I love that movie.

Luvja- You can do it girl! I'm so proud of you. Have you got back to working out yet?

Source- Hey girl, WELCOME! I love 30ds but am so bored with it right now. I wish she has another intense workout like that coming out.

Icon- Hey girl! I was wondering where you were lately! How are you?

Tara- Make sure you get plenty of rest!

So my birthday is about 2 weeks away and it will be my first birthday in CA away from my family. I have no idea what I'm going to if anything. I miss my friends and family! So I think I'm going to drop my calories down to 1800 and pick it up on the cardio. I got to get past through plateau or I'm going to go crazy!!!!!!

It depends on the DVD i do the one with the p90x dvds and so its not all over the place confusing! and boy to do sweat! ive never had sweat dripping down my back lol

So your going to have to forgive the fact that I haven't showered or anything...BUT i was sitting on the couch wondering if my FAV(sz 12) jeans fit yet so I went and tried them on and...well they FIT!! I couldn't believe it...I figured maybe another 5-10 lbs and I could wear them considering I haven't been able to since before I got pregnant with my son...so like 3 years ago. And I have this white blazer that I love that also fit...makes me wanna go and work out. woohoo...so here's the terrible pic but I just had to share that fun fact for today

Hey y'all, I'm just gonna jump right in. It's Monday, the last of my long weekend... *sigh* I'm in between errands and taking my dog to the groomers to tackle our "shedding issue", which is to say all of a sudden my house is covered in hair... Went to the library and got a few books on Zen-ness and Buddhism as I'm looking to calm my outlook on life and practice mindfulness... If anyone has any suggestions on what I should read, I'm open! Down a few lbs, but waiting to see if it sticks...

Blcarter84-- Awesome!! Fitting into old clothes is one of the biggest motivators for me. Yay for you!!!

luvja -- This is the year for ONEderland, for you and me both!

HWGA -- You're gonna get through this, and switching it up is a great way to shock your body out of it's rut! And happy (early) birthday in case I forget later!!
