  • Ok, I realize it's been over 7 months since I've been here but I kept off all the weight I lost last year so I'm ready to move forward again. Personal goal for January 1900 minutes
    Since January 1: Walk 1 mile 25 minutes

    41 minutes Wii Fit! Today was my first workout in FOREVER and it felt gooood!!! Exercise goal for Jan? I'll go with 500 since I just started today.

  • I was on the roller rink for 60 minutes, but I was LITERALLY on the floor for a good portion of that, so I'm going to count it as

    Inches are melting off. Last Sunday my pants fell off, I'm still surprised because I don't "feel" that much smaller. Bye-bye extra fat. This has turned into a game for me, how to take any 10 minutes of unexpected waiting and turn it into a strengthening maneuver!
