  • Because I ate way too much sodium yesterday and it showed on the scale.
  • Because TOM is not an excuse to mainline carbs. (When am I going to get that through my thick skull???)
  • I want to have more energy and feel good about my body! I want to look in the mirror and think,"Hey, i like my body!" I want my self-confidence back! Also, for the health!
  • Because after bouncing up to 233 last week, I am finally back to 228 and ready to drop that ticker even lower!
  • Because I want to get hired, 6 years of university deserves a job. I want to make it easy to hire me.

  • Because I don't need the anxiety of yet another New Year resolution. So better start making some change NOW!!
  • because every day eating right is another step to being fit and healthy
  • Because I think I could hit 227 by Christmas, my lowest ever, and only for five minutes adult weight.

    And because I tried on a shirt I wore in COLLEGE (not grad school, actual undergrad college, aka 21 y.o. or less) and I could imagine it fitting soon.
  • Because I am making progress. Even if it doesn't say I am on the scale, I'm still eating better and exercising more.
