I want to have more energy and feel good about my body! I want to look in the mirror and think,"Hey, i like my body!" I want my self-confidence back!

Because I think I could hit 227 by Christmas, my lowest ever, and only for five minutes adult weight.
And because I tried on a shirt I wore in COLLEGE (not grad school, actual undergrad college, aka 21 y.o. or less) and I could imagine it fitting soon.
