Hi,
Am new to the community, but I want to join the challenge. Since it is ten days into October, I am planning on doing thirty minutes of walking for five days for 2 weeks and 45 for five days a week on weeks three and four. I ought to total 12 1/2 hours or 750 minutes. I think I did the match correctly. If not, tell me and I'll redo it. Lofty goals, ya' think? Even if I don't do all those minutes, I am going to do my very best in getting my booty moving for the sakes of my health. I am tired of dragging 345 lbs around.
Week 3: 30 minutes each day for three days 90 minutes
Week 4: 30 minutes each day for four days 120 minutes
Week 5: 30 minutes each day for five days 150 minutes
