  • Adore all you ladies - however I wish I was not still posting in this forum! I lost .2 last week which brought me down to 190.4. Ughh. I started strength training last week though so I am hoping it is just my body retaining water. I am sooo close to the 180's...praying that I lose this damn .4lb that I can't seem to shake.

Congrats to everyone & their losses! Keep up the good work.
  • Nevaeh you are sooo close!!! Keep up the good work!
I'm 193.6 this morning. I'm sooo glad to see the scale moving in the right direction again!
  • In the Low 90's and trying to get to 80's
    Hi Ladies,
I have been stuck in the low 90's (193 currently) and I'm struggeling to get out! Glad to see there are others out there the same as me. Will definitely be checking this forum daily!
  • nevaeh - You're soooo close!!! Here's to getting rid of that last .5 pounds to push you into the 180s!!! :
  • So I worked out for an hour this morning. There's a scale in the gym, I might risk weighing myself tomorrow, but I'm not going to take it to heart b/c I'll have my clothes on, yadda yadda
  • naveah - so close!! Way to go!

twovalley & krock614 - i'm in the same boat, at 193.6. just have to make it through the weekend w/o gaining.

i'm sick and spent 2 days in bed w/no exercise. so i need to stay on plan w/food at least.
  • I hopped on the scale after my workout this morning and bam! down to 193... I'm not questioning it! Hooray for seeing a change!
    How's everyone doing?

Mrstobe - Sorry to hear you're sick At least you're sick and that's why you can't work out. I know you'll eat well until you can beat this because you'll kick it faster if you do! Get well soon!
  • Morning all! I weighed myself this morning and I am now out of the 170's....I am so happy.....have a long "weigh" to go but every pound off of me is great!

  • Hey ladies im a little late but Im jumping in. I have been stuck at 193 for FOREVER now and its driving me nuts! Maybe all you lucky woman can rub off on me lol
  • Welcome Pammy!!! 193 is soooo close! criminy, I know how you feel!!!
  • Wooohoooo!! I am not out of the 190's, but this morning I weighed in at 190.0. I was in the hospital two days this week, and wasn't able to work out at all, so I know I will be in the 180's next week when I am back at it! Yay!
  • I was so freaking excited this morning when I got home from the gym to weigh myself and see if I was finally out of the 190's. When I stepped on the scale again though, it still read 190.0. Tomorrow's another chance LOL
  • Im down to 192 this morning so you guys must be lucky Yesterday being depressed I pulled out my measurements from a month ago even though I haven't lost any weight but I did lose 4" so it was a awesome NSV.
  • Quote: I saw that previous thread before too... I tried to revive it, but it didn't seem to take. I am hoping that a new crowd of ladies are coming in to the 190s and want out!
    Who's with me?!

I'll go first... I have been in the 190s now for just over a week. My weight loss stalled. Then I started inching toward the 180s, but relapsed recently. I need to remember why this means so much to me and get back on track. I have decided that maybe the same workout every day 7 days a week wasn't for me a couple weeks ago... which would be why I got tired of it. I am usually very good with rigid schedules, but I started back to school for a few classes this week and it's thrown off my whole schedule, not to mention I'm pulling o/t at work too. (I used to work out right when I got home from work.) So, long story short, I re-evaluated my situation today and decided I will aim for exercising 4 days a week and count all my calories on a website so I stay in line and don't guesstimate anything.

BTW - Congrats smisen!! I remember seeing you in the old 190s thread!!
caliyah - can't wait for you to join too!!
What website do you use for calorie tracking?
  • Still at 190.0 this morning!!! Guess I have to wait one more week to see if I can get out of the 190's.
