Hello Chicks
I hope everyone is doing well this week! I did two cardio classes yesterday which was a huge milestone for me that was two hours of workout yesterday and I am so proud of myself for that.
How is everyone else doing with your workouts and diets?Always feel free to share any news


But I'm taking steps to try and get back to onederland. I joined the Jingle Away the Jiggle challenge in the 100 lb forum which is to lose 50 lbs by Christmas so if I meet the challenge I should be 184 lbs.! Gosh!! That seems almost impossible but I know I can get there with the help of all the helpful and motivating people on this site! Just like I know we all can make it to onederland!!
