The biggest thing that is going to help you lose weight is STICKING with your plan. If we don't stick with it, then we can't lose the weight. So, I'd really like you to find and eat foods that you LOVE. This way it won't seem like a hardship to stay on plan. But I promise you, I am certain of this, that once you elminate all the junk and start ADDing in good, wholesome foods, your tastes will most definitely change.
So please, I urge you to give different foods a try. Try changing your cooking methods and what you add to them to make them more agreeable to your tastes.
And yes, it's IS a lot of food. You need to eat in order to lose weight. Ha. What a concept. But really, it's the truth. Good, wholesome, nutritious, filling, low calorie foods. We want to keep you full and satisfied, avoiding hunger and avoiding binges.
You want your food to work for you. Get the most out of every precious calorie that you down. This is definitely a process. Your food choices will evolve.
Have a great ON-PLAN weekend. Set yourself up for success. PLAN out those weekends even more so. They ARE tougher. Get thy house fully stocked with healthy, healthy foods. And remember you most definitely CAN do this. Losing weight IS a doable thing. Stick with it. You won't regret it for a teeny, tiny second.
