Lost two... in college in 20 mins better go

well done veggie , that plan really seems to be doing it for you , wish mines was , after really good week last week even with easter ive had a terrible w/end foodwise so im not expecting a loss of any kind this week ............where has chi chi gone havent seen her posting for a while

it will be three weeks on weds. since my last weigh in I do hope there is a loss!!whatever it is I will just have to....carry on regardless........

The doctor prescribed steroids for my allergies/hay fever /asthma type syptoms and said I should expect to gain a few pounds, I certainly hope not It is not going to be an exscuse anyway, I am the little engine that could, I know I can, I think I can!!

There's a few people gone missing just recently - maybe the chocolate and hot cross buns at Easter was just too much to bear.

I do firmly believe that the time has got to be right and you have got to want it completely and utterly and desperately for dieting to succeed. Maybe the time just wasn't right for them just now. I know it hasn't been for me LOTS of times in the past and I really don't know what makes this time any different - all I know is that this time I just KNOW that I am going to get there.

tomorrow is brand new start for me, couldnt shake the demons this weekend or today but tomorrow is brand new start and if ive gained i have no one to blame but me

Sarah I know exactly what you mean about the time having to be right....just like you I have tried for years and years to beat this weight problem....this time it just feels different and I know without any shadow of a doubt I will make it no matter what. I have never felt so determined before and I have never lost this much weight before or carried on for so long...the thing now of course is that the more I lose the more focused I become and I think that may be part of the reason I just know I will do it this time

Don't think I'll be doing an official WW weigh in tonight. I have a meeting to go to at my daughter's new school she'll be starting next year, so I'll be pushed for time. I'll check my weight on my friends scales and report what's going on later on. Wish me luck, after that 16 point tuna roll, I have a feeling I've gained, and I've been so good again.... finger's crossed here.

someone noticed I had lost weight today.....yahoo!!made me feel better until they said, keep it up won't you , you still have a long way to go......aaaggghhhha!

I am pleased to able to report a loss of 2lb this week following last weeks gain - thought the plan was failing me but it looks like i am back on track, thank goodness.
