I made a woosh in the WRONG direction this morning! WHAAAAAA?!
I don't understand why. I ate like normal and worked out like CRAZY yesterday. Attempting more jogging today ( PAINFULL! HEHE) Went for a walk, swam laps for an hour and walked home from the lake I was at... and I still gained. Let's hope it's water weight or some kind of muscle gain.. haha
