  • I made a woosh in the WRONG direction this morning! WHAAAAAA?!
    I don't understand why. I ate like normal and worked out like CRAZY yesterday. Attempting more jogging today ( PAINFULL! HEHE) Went for a walk, swam laps for an hour and walked home from the lake I was at... and I still gained. Let's hope it's water weight or some kind of muscle gain.. haha

  • Went out to eat last night and ate mexican. I decided before I left that I was going to eat and not care since I felt like I needed a treat. Yeah now I hate that I did that this morning. I also didn't exercise yesterday that was the first day I have skipped in over 2 weeks soooooooooo here is what happened......

    I'm a maintainer today BUT I did see 239 a couple of times, so I'm hoping for 239 tomorrow!!! A great way to start August...in the 230's!

  • I am still at 137,, has been there since July 17.. I think it's because my workout, a lot of new muscles.. I'm really hoping to see 136 soon.. Then I'll reach 20 pounds!!

  • Fauxtini, I started working out last week, like going from 2x30 min per week to 6x60 min per week, and my weight did this awful thing to me by going up. But now it has started to go down again! I've been drinking water a lot, too!

  • I'm down again. Really hoping I can get to Onederland by tomorrow for my birthday or even the next day.

    Yesterday my daughter and I walked at 2 pm and about died from the heat. I got dehydrated and a headache, and I'm still trying to catch up on my water. So I hope this isn't just water weight I'm lacking. Even if it is...oh well...

  • So tonite I went to my very first dinner theatre. It was fun. There was A LOT of food there! I am proud because I passed on dessert and only ate half a piece of bread. I saved up for the salmon and veggies and muscles! YUM!

    Anyway... Im proud of myself for making healthy choices and not feeling deprived all at the same time Now.. if only the scale would relaize how good i'm doing/feeling! hehe
