I weighed myself about an hour after I normally weigh in the morning because I got to sleep in late! So hopefully it doesn't go back up tomorrow morning!
I'm still going. I think this is the first weekend I've ever stayed on plan all the way through (there's still today... but I can make it). tiny victories.
I worked out like I was a rented mule yesterday, and I'm up 2 lbs. I have a new WW scale which weighs me closer to the meeting's scale, so I'll switch to that next go-round.

Bleah. But I knew yesterday would be a killer - I ate out and lots of salty food, plus dessert. I do think it's temporary. I was over my calorie limit by 1200 or so .. not enough to gain a full #. I know that. Just enough salt and processed stuff to make me bloat.
I'm still hoping for a whoosh on Tuesday when my TOM ends.
I know I shouldn't skip meals, but last night I was in a sorry mood and didn't eat any dinner, hence the movement on the scale, haha. I'll take it - AND try to eat better today.
