    Darby - Vegas was very cool, I'd like to go back when I had time to save up some money to blow ;-) Also need to plan ahead a bit better for vegan dining as I lived on chips and salsa most of the weekend!
    I don't want to answer for Josephine but she's about 11lbs from her goal weight so she may have stopped doing these since she's so close!

    Whew. I knew I'd get a Tuesday "whoosh", post-TOM. It's only back to where I was pre-TOM, but I'm not complaining. It's just crazy that my body can go from 168 to 163 in a day.

    Yesterday I put in 45 mins on the elliptical - it was an emotional day and I just let it all out. Followed by just basic crunches, pushups, etc. All mat work. My tummy is sore, but it was worth it. Had a good cry while I was at it.

    Back to the regular grind now.

    Well.. I'm down a little.. And I even ate out last night! I guess making healthy choices at the restuarnt when you REALLy don't feel like it, is worth it the next day!
  • Holy Poop!!! I weighed in at 241 today....I weighed 3 times to make sure! All three times 241! I started the South Beach Diet yesterday! Is it possible to see results that quickly??? I'm sure some of it was water weight since I had been off plan for about a week....I just hope it sticks...I'm gonna be upset if its gone tomorrow!!!
