Congrat to all who lost.
I am eating about 1500 cals a day. should I cut back to 1400?
I would love to weigh 133 by the 33 birthday which is November the 4th.
Do You guys think this is out of the question?

Its hard to lose weight the less you weigh.....because the less you wiegh the less energy your body uses to do your exercises (because you don't have as much booty to move cause the booty is smaller....LOL

)
so you have to work harder and cut more calories...so really it does get harder the more you lose....1 lb a week is good if you are eating 1,500 calories.....if you wanna lose more cut to 1,200 calories and review your exercise to see how many calories you are burning...remember 3,500 calories = 1 lb.....so that is what you have to burn...to lose 2 lbs a week you need to burn 1,000 calories a day....by cutting to 1,200 calories you would only need to get about 500 calories of exercise a day in....to lose 2 lbs a week
