Wow, that's a lot of weight loss in a week RoseTears! Slow and hopefully steady seems to be more of my pace, but I'm not complaining, I'm really happy with the exercise I've been able to fit into my schedule.
I had that banana smoothie you posted the recipe for with my dinner last night, and mmm mmm you were right, it's very good. I love the fluffy texture of it. A delicious milkshake that doesn't make me feel (or look) fat afterwards, what else could I ask for?
WTG about wearing your bikini out gatormanda. That's a lot of weight you lost, and you deserve to feel great about the way you look! I think some people might wear a bikini at my weight too, but I've got a really high proportion of fat to muscle, so I think I can't pull it off yet. Make sure you wear sunblock!
