Oh well ROSEY -- those junk days happen to us all -- unfortunately. The bottom line, of course, is to stop at one in a row and get right back at it.
Good Morning Everybody . . .
My BGL is up again this morning at 6.7 (121) . . .

. . . Two possibilities come to mind -- I slept in an extra hour this morning -- and I was a little higher than usual at bedtime because I had a Lean Cuisine that contained rice for dinner last night -- Hopefully it will be back down again later today.
Weather report is calling for mostly sunny today -- so, naturally, it's been raining so far this morning.

Hope it stops soon since I have to pick up meds for myself and insulin for Jazz,
I've had a pretty busy morning anyway. Picking up after cat damage. Mouse threw up a hairball (and the rest of his stomach contents) on one of my new rugs in the middle of the night. Then the kittens knocked over the brand new bottle of soda water I had opened to clean the rug and proceeded to roll it around the kitchen dumping the contents everywhere and playing happily in the resulting mess. Life is definitely not dull.
Another insteresting day in my E:mail in-box . . .
First, here is a pretty in-depth write-up about Type II Diabetes . . .
http://www.everydayhealth.com/Public...=1&searchTerm= . . . which I think I'll also put into the Information for the Newly Diagnosed Sticky.
And then, here is a handy data-base from Everyday Health with a pretty comprehensive listing of just about all the drugs currently available (not just for Diabetes) . . .
http://www.everydayhealth.com/public...hByLetter.aspx . . . which I think deserves it's own sticky.
Hope everybody has a great moving and shaking day on the go . . . will see you all a little later . . .
