  • 345 minus Monday's 30 minutes of treadmill, 315; 15 mins of stretching Monday, leaves 300 minutes!
  • hrbabe - I think that the rules say you can only post your minutes from today and day before.... I don't think that your monday minutes will count for this trip..... I wish they would though ..... but I'd hate to win it thinking we won and someone come back and notice that and they say we didn't win.....



    345-70 (4 mile walk!) = 275
  • I got my workout in tonight! I am feeling much better than yesterday thankfully!!
    So I will subtract my minutes...

    275-60 minute walk/jog=215

    Let's go black team!!
  • I did another 5 miles on the exercise bike tonight. 215-20 minutes on bike= 195.
  • Walking around the "block" at work (industrial area, huge warehouses, and semis everywhere - who do you petition for a sidewalk? ) for 20 minutes.

    195 - 20 = 175
  • Well I will say that this challenge is making me push myself more than I would have otherwise which is great.

    35 minutes walking around the block this morning + 45 minute lunch time walk + 20 minutes lower body workout and +15 minutes of stretching. All for today.

    175 - 115 = 60

    The Blue team is really giving us a run for the money this leg. Come out and post Black team!!!

  • Made out (um.... I mean WORKED OUT) with Bob this morning (did the cool down this time)

    2285-40 = 2245
  • 2245-95 minutes of cardio (woo hooo)=2150
  • Did the "strength & sculpt" part of TBL workout DVD

    2150 - 40 = 2110
  • Haven't exercised in ages!! Pulled out my Biggest Loser DVD which hasn't been out of the box since I got it and did the warm up and part of the 25 minute program, about 20 minutes altogether.

    2110-20=2090

    2090-65=2025
